If you love great food you probably already know Chef Nicky Morse. If you’re also a NASCAR fan however, you probably know Nicky Morse as The Racing Chef. On and away from the racetrack he’s made a name for himself as a gourmet chef with down-home appeal.
He traveled racing circuits for years connecting food, sponsors, racing and fans.
He hosted his own national TV show based on the NASCAR circuit. Each week he would cook with NASCAR drivers, team owners, fans and profile local restaurants. He's been featured on dozens of TV shows across the country including CMT and Food Network.
