I just thought I'd share the way I strain my pasta at home. It seems simple enough…most people put a colander in the sink and pour the pasta into the colander. That’s fie too, but you need a colander that is large enough to catch all the pasta. You also have to think about the water not draining from your sink properly and coming up into the colander.
